Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, buyers and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing and using this service, you accept and agree to be bound by our terms and conditions of service. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Payment Policy
Acceptable methods of payment are Mobile Money, VISA, MasterCard Credit/Debit Cards.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
Goods ordered through this website will be delivered to the customer in and outside Ghana. Deliveries are made to all countries. You can request a delivery address which differs from your personal or invoicing address by selecting it during purchase, provided that it remains within the delivery zones as stated above.
Delivery will be made by standard courier during normal business hours (8am-5pm), Monday to Friday. All orders placed before 12.00 pm will be handed to our preferred carrier the same day and delivered within approximately 3-5 working days within Ghana. For buyers outside Ghana, we have the following delivery schedules;
- Rest of Africa & the World: DHL (3-5 Working Days Delivery)
- Registered Post to USA & Canada (2-3 Weeks Delivery)
- Registered Post to Europe (2-3 Weeks Delivery)
Please note: Although it is our goal to deliver within the above-mentioned lead times, delivery dates are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties. Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated based on country, destination, weight of the item and related parameters. The appropriate delivery charge will appear automatically in your shopping cart.
Taxes & Duties
Taxes and duties are calculated according to your country, destination, weight of the item and related parameters. Delivery charges are inclusive of VAT and include all costs related to the shipping of order to the requested address.
